At Jawabhub (operated by Tarakib Alhulul Establishment for Contracting), we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with our platform and services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines your rights regarding subscription cancellations and refund eligibility.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Jawabhub subscription at any time. If you choose to cancel, your subscription will not renew at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have full access to our services until the end of the paid period.

To cancel your subscription, please log into your account dashboard or contact our support team.
We do not charge any cancellation fees.

2. Refund Eligibility

Because Jawabhub offers digital Software as a Service (SaaS), we have specific guidelines for refunds:

Initial Purchases: Refunds are only issued if you experience a critical technical issue or platform malfunction that prevents you from using the service and which our support team is unable to resolve. In such cases, you may request a refund within the first 14 days of your initial purchase. We do not offer refunds for general dissatisfaction, lack of usage, or a change of mind.
Renewals: Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are non-refundable. We send reminder emails prior to annual renewals to allow you time to cancel if you wish.
Partial Months: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service if you choose to cancel before your billing cycle ends.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you experience a technical issue and believe you are eligible for a refund under the terms above, please submit a refund request to our support team within 14 days of your initial purchase. Your request must include your account details and a clear description (along with screenshots, if applicable) of the problem you are experiencing.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
